Fresh Fruit & Greens Salad with Honey & White Balsamic Vinaigrette

As we move into healthy choices in January, I make this tangy vinaigrette. Pair it with Mixed Leafy greens, thinly slices apples and pears, a sprinkle of crumbled feta and some craisins for a seasonal salad with a delicious honey dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup light olive oil

  • 2 tbsp White  Balsamic vinegar

  • 1.5 – 2 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • Pinch of dried Mustard

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Close tightly with lid and shake well to

combine. Store at room temperature.
